SynDaver Increases Base Wages 20 percent, Looking to Fill 25 New Positions

TAMPA, Fla. – SynDaver Labs implemented a 20 percent increase in base salary this month and is looking to fill 25 more newly-created positions at their Tampa headquarters as soon as possible.

Established in 2004 and featured on the ABC television show Shark Tank earlier this year, SynDaver Labs has experienced massive growth with no indication of slowing down. As a result, the Tampa-based business is sharing its success with each of its employees and creating new jobs in the community.

In addition to the recent pay increases, SynDaver will begin rolling out stock bonuses for employees. These stock bonuses will be given to employees prior to SynDaver’s initial public offering, which they are looking to do in the next few years.

Stock will be awarded in the form of bonuses to employees, based on performance, during their annual review. The first employee stock bonuses will be distributed during SynDaver’s annual Christmas party later this year.

“We wanted to thank our employees for all of their hard work. Our success didn’t happen overnight and we wouldn’t have been able to achieve it and continue to achieve it without them,” said Dr. Christopher Sakezles, chief technology officer and founder of SynDaver Labs. “We’re also in the midst of looking into further ways we can expand the benefits available to our team.”

Currently, SynDaver offers dental, health and vision insurance, personal training and nutrition counseling along with free fruits and vegetables weekly for employees. They also are given 12 paid holidays and 12 additional paid days off.

SynDaver Labs is currently accepting resumes from qualified applicants for a variety of positions and will be attending the Dimmitt Chevrolet & Aftermiljobs.com Veterans Career Fair on Nov 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater, Fla. and is open to the public.
