SynDaver to showcase its high-fidelity synthetic medical trainers paired with augmented reality solutions at IMSH in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – SynDaver® will showcase the unique integration of its high-fidelity medical training technology paired with new augmented reality solutions in booth #938 at the International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH) through Jan. 30 in San Antonio.

The product demonstrations at SynDaver’s booth will incorporate the hyper-realistic synthetic human and task trainers, as well as augmented reality technologies from Design Interactive and Arivis, two software companies developing augmented reality solutions for medical simulation.

The product pairings will guide users through blended learning scenarios with visual cues and feedback. This combined use of AR with the realistic, tactile feel only available through SynDaver’s products is used to enhance medical training and procedural skills development.

“The integration of these technological offerings will enable conference attendees to experience a new level of multi-sensory training simulation not previously available,” said Dr. Christopher Sakezles, founder of SynDaver Labs. “Blending AR visual feedback with the realistic look and feel of our synthetic human models and trainers provides an unrivaled suspension of disbelief during training and helps effectively guide them through the learning process.”

Conference attendees can visit booth #938 throughout the conference to receive live demonstrations of the technologies.
