Our Policies

SynDaver Labs’ synthetic human tissue products are designed for use by medical device engineers to replace live animals in medical device studies, medical professionals in advanced surgical simulation and clinical training, in basic anatomical education, in funerary sciences, in sports science, physical therapy and occupational therapy, in veterinary education and in ballistics and crash testing.

Shelf Life

With proper care and storage these products will last essentially forever. Our oldest on-hand soft tissue retains were manufactured in 1993 and are still fully functional! Proper handling and care only includes keeping the products clean and hydrated.

Standard Warranty

Our products are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Product shown to suffer from manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our products are backed by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied simply call customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Conditional Refunds

Refunds (less shipping and processing) will be given for unopened merchandise that is returned with an RMA number. However, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any open item, and we may, at our sole discretion, refuse to accept items which are damaged or appear to be used. In addition, custom designed products are in general not eligible for return.

Payment Methods

Our preferred method of payment is ACH. However we also accept payment by cash (at point of sale), check, wire transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We pass bank processing fees on to customers by charging a $35.00 fee for wire transfers and a 5% (total order value) fee for credit card transactions. Cash, ACH and paper checks carry no additional fees.

Payment Terms

All of the prices listed on our website are ‘cash up front’ with payment due at the time the order is placed. In some cases we will offer NET 30 terms to established clients but there is an upcharge for extended terms. NET 45, NET 60, NET 90, and NET 120 terms may be available to select clients but will involve a 10%, 20%, 35%, and 50% premium over quoted / listed prices.
